Short summary | With the help of the method „Memory theatre“ older people who live in the nursing home in Wr. Neustadt get the possibility to activate memories and to exchange their experiences with others. Young people support older people in performing their memories and stories in the form of theatre scences, texts, pictures, and music. In two public performances these stories are told. Biographical work is not only done because it is creative and fun, but because it gives older people meaning in life and enhances the communication between the generations. |
