| Short summary | Counselling at the Street Corner is a low level service without social barriers by the counselling centre “care and attendance at home” for citizens of the 6th, 7th, 14th and 15th Viennese district. Older people and their relatives get information, advice and support in form of face-to-face interactions and group events. |

| 6. Model involves visible and invisible target groups | The project activities are very close to the population characteristics of the respective Viennese districts and therefore also involve invisible groups as target groups. These are for instance older women with a migration background. |

For instance, the individual consultation hours are offered in different languages (in German, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Turkish). The group offerings are for diverse groups such as older Turkish women. Special health and social themes are offered in a multilingual way too. |
