| Short summary | Sappi Gratkorn has made its major aim to implement health promotion into their organisation in a sustainable way. For this reason indicators for stresses and strains and health potentials are raised. Then special strategies of health promotion are developed for different target groups (older people, women, and shift workers). It is planed to recruit one person as a health expert in the company and to train moderators for special health circles (“Gesundheitszirkel”). Health promotion will be anchored in the management system of Sappi Gratkorn. |
